Our Policy Amidst the COVID-19 Crisis

We are pleased to share that the Chief Medical Officer of Health and the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO) have announced that we may begin to rebook deferred, non-essential and elective dental care, once again.

We will start booking patients in for their dental services immediately.

Our top priority will remain the health and safety of our Patients and Staff. We continue to work closely with Public Health Ontario, the Ontario Dental Association and the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario. We follow their strict infection control protocols and always remain up to date with any new guidelines.

At this time, we are screening patients over the phone for any symptoms of illness before we arrange their appointment. For this reason, we kindly ask that you call us to book your appointment rather than stopping by to book, so that we may continue to effectively screen patients prior to their arrival at our office. We graciously ask that you respect physical distancing within our office. If you have a mask at home, please wear it to your appointment with us.
